FAQ

Common questions

Have another question? Get in touch.

Does the field app work without cell service?

Yes. Techs can view their jobs, take notes and photos, update status and clock in or out while offline. Changes sync automatically once the device reconnects.

Can I bring my existing customers over?

Yes. You can import customers and service locations from a CSV export and match the columns during setup.

Will my customers see my brand or yours?

Yours. Estimates, invoices and the customer portal show your company name, logo and colors.

Do technicians see prices?

Only if you want them to. Roles control what each person sees, and by default techs see job details without pricing.

For contractors, by people who get it
